Leadec s.r.o. in Slovakia was founded in 2011 by merging two companies:
HORMANN Slovakia s.r.o., in operation since 1998, and DIW Service s.r.o., in operation since 2001. This merger was preceded by the 2010 merger of DIW Service Ltd. with its subsidiary DIW WHEEL AND TYRE ASSEMBLY s.r.o., in operation in Slovakia since 2005.
